Quality Documents and Sample Evaluation
A useful quality discussion starts with the exact product and the evidence required for your order. Use the documents below as a starting point, then ask which records apply to your material.

Match evidence to the order
A reference document is not automatically a certificate for every product or shipment. Confirm its issuing organisation, date, product identity, batch reference and scope.
A laboratory test result, a product specification and a company management certificate answer different questions. Request the document relevant to your purchasing decision.
Build a clear specification request
- Product form, intended use and botanical identity
- Composition or carrier information where relevant
- The test parameters and acceptance limits required by your business
- Batch identification, packing and storage information
Samples and acceptance
Ask our team about sample availability, the material represented by the sample and the documentation that can accompany it. Agree your evaluation criteria before an order.
Do not infer organic, gluten-free or other certification status from a photograph, product name or a different certificate. Confirm the exact claim and supporting scope with our team.
